Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Free tracked delivery then takes 2 to 7 business days to the UK and the EU. Priority delivery from €4.95 is offered at checkout.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Write to support@vanttier.com with your order number and we send the instructions within 24 business hours.

How do the offers work?

Loafers: any two pairs from the Two Pairs for €99 edit come to €99. Knitwear and outerwear: two pieces are 15% off and three or more are 20% off. Checkout applies the discount automatically, and the two offers do not combine.

How do I find my size?

Each product page lists the sizes. For loafers, order your usual shoe size and take the larger one if you are between two. Knitwear is cut close to the body, so take one size up to wear a shirt underneath.

How can I pay?

Checkout is encrypted and you can pay with PayPal.
